Little Meerkat feels really good on the savannah, and if those naughty meerkats didn't make fun of him for being clumsy and slow, if his dad didn't encourage him that by the time his mane grows out, he'll be fast and clever too, he wouldn't even think of setting out. It is said in the jungle that the mane only grows for those who pass the test of courage, i.e. find the Forest Elder in the middle of the primeval forest, who brews the Dark Drink. The big-talking Pavia is about to go there, and Little Eagle decides to go with him...
